Ode to Korea

Oh Korea, how I love thee:

- self grilled meat
- bring your own food/alcohol to a baseball game
- the notion of karma
- Whenever you enter a building when its raining there is always a place where you can get a bag for your umbrella... GENIUS!
- having kids that are just the cutest thing ever
- ajumma's that will laugh themselves silly in such parks as Loveland
- having parks like Loveland and Penis land
- The cute ajumma's and their clothing... where they find the fashion from, I have no idea, but love it nonetheless
- it only takes 2 hours to travel from one end of the country to the other (if you use the fast train) and it only takes about 90 minutes to make my trek up to Seoul
- Seoul: the city I love, the city I wish I lived in, the city that make me feel like I'm on vacation when I'm there because I no longer feel like I'm in Korea because of how modern it is, and the amounts of waygookins there
- festivals!  Every weekend is some sort of festival: whale watching in Ulsan, Hauendae's sand festival, Jinhae's cherry blossoms, sea-parting in Jindo, mask festival in Andong, this list can go on for days
- There are blankets in restaurants (and some bars with an open patio- IF owned by Koreans).  They are awaiting you, if it gets to be a little too breezy for you, just ask and receive and in no time you're warm and toasty again
